- The exact charges are based on the availability of the places- hence any payment that is made is
100% non-refundable (for both the final and the advanced payment).
- Please note that for if any pilgrim or the concerned member of their family is diagnosed or
experiences any Covid symptom, after reaching Saudi Arabia, he needs to sponsor the quarantine
facilities and also return tickets to his own homeland
- You do need to provide the authorized certification of Covid Vaccines before the time of departure.
- If any of the pilgrims or the concerned member of their family is experiencing any of the symptoms
related to Covid, or if the PCR test that needs to be done is positive, during the time of departure
from Kolkata, then payment shall not be refunded to the same.
- Payment is non-refundable

- We are NOT responsible if there is any alterations in your flight schedules
- Pilgrims having any suspected symptoms before departure needs to have self quarantine facilities.
